Alloy 321 (UNS S32100) is an austenitic titanium-stabilized stainless steel sheet that has a high level of corrosion resistance overall.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"article-line\"> <span class=\"gen_text_normal\">Type 321 is chromium-nickel stainless steel, and when the titanium is added, Type 321 is tolerant to intergranular corrosion. Longer-term exposures to 900-1500degF can reduce Type 321 Stainless Steels overall corrosion resistance, but the grade still shows improved intergranular corrosion resistance over non-stabilized grades.
