L'organisation a re\u00e7u des documents des responsables comp\u00e9tents des trois principales \u00e9conomies de la Chine, des \u00c9tats-Unis et de l'Union europ\u00e9enne pour s'assurer qu'un accord soit trouv\u00e9, mais elle n'a pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 quels pays rejoindraient les n\u00e9gociations.
