Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?<\/p>

A: LYN Steel has its own factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with seven coating lines, including two galvanized lines, a galvalume line, a ZAM coating line, two color coating lines, and a whiteboard production line. Besides, we also have some further processing equipment, such as slitting, profiling, bending, cutting, etc. While we also have 12-year export experience and developed multi-language sales and after-sales teams.<\/p>

Q: Can we visit your factory?<\/p>

A: Of course. We are looking forward to customers\u2019 visit to our office and factory. Once you have any schedule for China, please let us know and we will pick you up at the airport or station. A: About 600,000 tons.<\/p>

A: In 2021, our export volume was about RMB 300 million.<\/p>

Q: How to control the product quality? Does your factory have any quality certification?<\/p>

A: Our products are certificated by ISO 9001. We also accept third-party testing. You can find some\u00a0test reports\u00a0of our products.<\/p>

Q: What colors are available?<\/p>

A: Solid colors, or patterns. Matte or glossy surface. Embossed or perforated. As per solid color, please refer to the RAL color code or send us samples. The most popular colors include traffic red (RAL 3020), sky blue (RAL 5015), moss green (RAL 6005), signal white (RAL 9003), traffic black (RAL 9017), etc. LYN Steel offers more than 400+ custom patterns to choose from, such as grass, brick pattern, wood grain, camouflage, traffic sign, flowers, and so on.<\/p>

Q: I want a specific size or color. Can I get my color coated steel customized?<\/p>

A: Yes. Customization is available. You can choose the color or pattern, size (length, width, thickness, weight, etc.), paints, shape, etc. We offer coils and sheets, as well as further processing services, such as logo printing, etc. Please send us your requirements, we will meet your requirements.<\/p>

Q: Will you offer samples?<\/p>

A: Yes. We will provide samples according to your needs and send them out within three days after receiving payment.<\/p>

A: 30% T\/T + 70% balance before shipment.<\/p>

Q: Why is galvanized steel price even higher than that of PPGI steel?<\/p>

A: The price of galvanized steel mainly depends on the zinc coating thickness. The thick the zinc coating, the higher the price. The thickness can be up to 275 g\/m2<\/span>. Even PPGI coil uses galvanized steel as base metal, its price may be lower than that of galvanized steel. It is because the zinc coating for the color-coated steel is much thinner. If you have special requirements, please let us know.<\/p>

Q: Why is the service life of PPGI coil shorter than that of galvanized steel?<\/p>

A: The service of galvanized steel is more than 30 years, while the lifespan of\u00a0color coated steel coil\u00a0is more than 20 years. Why? It is because the useful life of galvanized steel is mainly determined by the zinc coating thickness. Generally, the thicker the zinc coating, the longer the service life. While the galvanized steel used in PPGI usually has a thin zinc layer. That\u2019s why its expected life is shorter. But you can prolong the service life by using high-quality painting.
